Researching and collecting data is the first step, but conveying the data in an engaging format is critical to 21st century communication. Infographics create visual essays to convey data and messages. Step up data representation in your own and your students' projects. Examples will be drawn from 3rd-12 grade. In this session participants walk away with Google tips and tricks to use Sheets, Graphs, Forms, Draw, and PixlrX to create and print poster-size infographics. We will also use scaffolded templates, Info Bits and Google Explore.

Participants will have hands on experience using Google Tools to create visual essays.

Clear understanding of importance of visualization in today's communication
